Living with LOSS

Throughout life each of us suffers loss. Loss comes in a variety of forms- loss of relationship, loss of health, loss of dreams, loss of hope. How do we find resilience? What sustains us during these times of distress? Where and with whom can we express our inner-most feelings?

Come and meet with others who can safely share their losses, their feelings and offer empathy.

Attendance limited to nine to facilitate feelings of comfort and ease with expressing oneself.

Investment Outlook and Opportunities

This class will examine the current economic and investment environment. Based upon that outlook, it will also provide some considerations to evaluate for current investment opportunities.

Mindfulness

Come to find out how a mindful practice can improve your health and daily living.

This class will teach the basic principles and techniques of developing mindfulness, including the health benefits of a mindful practice while reducing the stress of daily demands and conflicts.

Beginning Ukulele

Beginning Ukulele is for those with little to no experience with guitar and ukulele.

We will learn basic chords and strum-ming patterns using traditional and popular songs.

Do you have a favorite song you want to learn? We will work on it together. Students must have a ukulele for class and practicing.

Fixed Income Investing

This educational course will teach you about bond characteristics, features and how to create a reliable income stream. Topics include; investment strategy, bond selection, diversification and taxes. You will also learn about important concepts like bond quality , taxable equivalent yields, and the benefits of choosing investments that offer tax advantages.
